From Motor Oil To Cooking Oil

My name is Isaac, my professional background consists of handyman and auto-mechanics skills. I've spent most of my working life employed as a parts salesman and inventory specialist for a wrecking yard. My love for food took me in a different direction last spring when I decided to enroll at the International Culinary School at the Art Institute. Since then, I've completed my first year of culinary school and have enjoyed the change from motor oil to cooking oil.

I have about 6 months left of school and then I wish to find a job as a chef hopefully at a resort somewhere. I'm currently employed at the Sunset Boulevard Cafe, come by and try our specials!
